
The literal translation of the word Rodizio is rotisserie, which is how the meat is prepared.
The Meat Rodizio is a carvery that is literally served at your table, the only limit being how
much you can fit in. It truly is a carnivore’s dream come true, with 16 - 20 different prime
cuts of lamb, beef, pork and chicken, served at your table (at your discretion).
At Rodizio we pride ourselves on using our very own in-house marinades and mixed
spices to give each cut of meat it’s very own unique texture and delectable flavour.
Our friendly and specially trained Meat Carvers slice and serve the meat off a large
skewer at your table directly onto your plate in true Brazilian style.
This signature dish is served with a generous helping of savoury rice, crisp potato
chips and fresh seasonal vegetables.
The “robots” on each table control the speed and frequency at which diners eat.
Green means ‘Bring it on’
Red means ‘Stop for now’
1) When your robot has the green side facing up the carvers will keep on visiting the table.
2) You can slow it down or take a break by turning your robot to red.
3) When you are ready to Indulge once again, turn your robot to green and keep on enjoying.
4) Remember you are in control of how much your stomach desires. Your Rodizio meal is only over when you ask your waiter to remove your plate.
